1 – 15 oz. black beans – drained
¼ of a medium onion (about ¼ C)
1 – 2 cloves of garlic
¼ C red pepper (roasted)
1 pkg. PWLC Chicken Soup mix
1 – 2 TB of balsamic vinegar
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Drain most all of the liquid out of the canned beans. Load all the ingredients in the order as they are listed into the blender.
Blend together until you reach the desired consistency.
