1 – 15 oz. can of Black Beans

3 oz. of Fat Free Cream Cheese

¾ Salsa

2 TB Lime Juice

1 tsp. ground Cumin

1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and diced (optional)


Drain black beans and rinse. Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor, and puree until smooth. Serve with carrot sticks and celery sticks.
