3-4 oz. raw chicken breast sliced thin

8 oz. broccoli, cut into flowerets

1 pkg. Orange Nutritional Supplement

¼ tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

1/8 tsp. ginger

¼ tsp. ginger


Mix orange protein drink concentrate with seasonings. Set aside. Cook chicken breast in non-stick skillet with Pam cooking spray. Season if desired. When chicken is done, add broccoli and stir fry only until heated on the outside. Do not overcook. Put chicken and broccoli on a plate and pour orange sauce over the top.
