Ingredients

1 C cauliflower, cooked (barely tender)

¼ C vinegar

¾ C tomatoes, chopped

¼ C green onions, chopped

1 tsp. paprika

Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces. In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; add cauliflower and toss. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight.
