1 Package PWLC Fettucini Alfredo Pasta Entrée

¼ C Spinach, cleaned and drained

½ tsp. Garlic Powder

¼ tsp. nutmeg, ground

1 tsp. lemon juice

¼ C sliced vegetables


Prepare Fettucini Alfredo according to package directions. Add one minute to the cooking time so the pasta is well cooked. Combine the cooked pasta, spinach, and remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth (add 1 to 2 TB of water if needed). Place in a serving dish and chill. Serve with ¼ C sliced vegetables. Serves 1=1 PWLC Entrée and ½ C vegetable.
