1 pkg. chicken soup nutritional supplement
½ C water
¼ C each, chopped: cabbage, celery, green peppers, and snow peas
1 tsp. each: onion powder, pepper
Coat skillet with Pam spray and preheat. Add vegetables and brown on medium heat. Mix supplements and water, pour into skillet, add seasoning, cover and steam until tender.
This would replace your vegetables and starch for dinner. Add 4 oz.of protein and a fat (oil or nuts) to make a complete meal!
