Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 C of low –fat plain yogurt
1 clove of garlic – crushed
1 TB of chopped mint
½ tsp. of lemon juice
Instructions
Wash and grate the cucumber. Place in sieve, gently squeeze to remove as much moisture as possible. Mix all ingredients – use as a dip with raw veggies.
