Ingredients

1/2 slice diet bread

1 egg

Instructions

Cut out a circle in the middle of the diet bread. Spray both sides of bread with Pam cooking spray. Place bread on hot skillet. Crack egg into middle of diet bread. Cook and flip to cook other side. Eat with ¼ Clow-fat cottage cheese on the side.
