4 oz. ground turkey breast
1 C salad vegetables (lettuce, onion, mushrooms, green peppers, etc)
Low-sodium fajita seasoning (McCormick’s)
Pepper and garlic to taste
In a skillet, brown ground turkey breast, season with garlic powder and black pepper. While cooking turkey, cut up salad and vegetables. Arrange on a plate. Start with a base of lettuce and then add the vegetables on your menu that you like, making sure you get a total of 1 C. When turkey is done, pour over the salad and sprinkle generously with the fajita seasoning.
