Green Beans and Tomatoes Oregano


2 C’s green beans, sliced

1 C tomatoes, chopped

1 green onion top, chopped

½ tsp. oregano

⅛ tsp. pepper

1 C water


In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer (covered) until beans are tender-crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain and serve.
