1 can of White Beans (rinse and drain)

¾ C of nonfat plain yogurt

1 TB of lemon juice

1 tsp. of garlic salt

1 tsp. of freshly ground pepper

¼ chopped fresh parsley

¼ chopped fresh dill

¼ C of chopped fresh mint

¼ C of chopped fresh chives


Place beans, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic salt & pepper into a food processor. Puree until smooth. Add herbs and puree until incorporated. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with baby carrots, bell pepper strips, radishes, snow peas, broccoli and cauliflower florets.
