Kick’n Chicken Salad


4oz. chicken, cooked and cut into ½“cubes

3 oz. cabbage, shredded

½ oz. green onion, sliced thin

2 ½ oz. celery, diced

2 oz. tomato, diced

1 tsp. mayo

1 tsp. mustard

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 garlic clove, grated (opt)

1” fresh ginger, grated (opt)


Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. Mix dressing with chicken and veggies.
