Ingredients
¼ C low-fat cottage cheese
¼ C water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. Splenda
1 Lemon Pudding Nutritional Supplement
1 ¼ C strawberries
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese, water, lemon juice and Splenda in food processor or blender until smooth. Add Lemon Pudding Nutritional Supplement and blend until smooth. Dip strawberries in it.
