Ingredients
¾ Clow-fat cottage cheese
¼ C plain yogurt
½ tsp. lemon juice
1 packet of artificial sweetener
Instructions
Using a food processor, blend cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and artificial sweetener until smooth.
Can be kept in refrigerator for up to one week.
