3-4oz. raw chicken cut into 12”

3 oz. mushrooms, sliced

4 oz. green pepper, cut into strips

1 oz. green onion, cut into 1” pieces

½-1 apple quartered and thinly sliced


1 pkgOrange Nutritional Supplement

1/8 tsp. ginger

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes


Spray skillet with Pam. Quickly stir fry mushrooms, green pepper, green onion, and apple till heated. Do not overcook. Remove from heat. Spray pan with Pam and cook chicken until done. Add veggies and sauce. Stir and heat until coated.
