1 TB sodium free chicken bouillon
1 ½ C water
1 C spinach leaves, washed well
2 TB green onion, diced
4 oz. chicken breast cut into strips
Dash of ground ginger and pepper
Empty supplement into small saucepan, add water, and bring to a boil. Add spinach and onions, return to a boil. Reduce heat and add chicken and seasonings. Cook until thoroughly heated.
