1 package of PWLC Creamy Chicken Soup

3 oz. salad shrimp, cooked

¾ C boiling water

¼ C cooked potatoes, diced

Pinch scallion, dried

Dash ground thyme


Combine soup mix, thyme, and water in a bowl. Stir. Add potato, scallion and shrimp. Microwave for 45-60 seconds to heat. Stir and serve.
