Ingredients

SOUTHWEST STYLE CHICKEN SOUP

1 tsp. flax oil

8 oz. chopped green onions

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 TB chili powder

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 bay leaf

2 TB sodium free chicken bouillons

Tomatoes puree (8 oz. fresh tomatoes pureed in blender)

16 oz. chicken breasts

Instructions

Mix first 7 ingredients listed with chicken bouillon in large pot. Simmer for about 10 minutes; then add tomato puree. Brown chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
