1 egg, whipped

2 oz. low-fat cottage cheese

To taste: Onion powder, Garlic powder, Chili powder, Red pepper, and Black pepper


Coat skillet with Pam and pre-heat, pour in egg, and cook to slightly firm. Spread combined cheese and seasonings over half of egg. Fold egg in half, cover skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
