Ingredients

2 TB lemon juice

2 tsp. safflower oil

1 tsp. onion salt

2 TB jalapeno, diced

1 tsp. dried basil

¼ tsp. rosemary

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Brush on chicken before cooking.

Serve on top of chicken after cooking.

Menu: Use in moderation on any menu with lunch or dinner.
