1 package PWLC Fettuccini Alfredo mix

¼ C spinach, cooked and drained

½ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. lemon juice


Prepare fettuccini alfredo according to package directions, adding an additional minute to the cooking time to assure that the pasta is well cooked. Combine the cooked pasta, spinach and remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth (add more water if needed for a smooth consistency). Place in a dish and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables.
