1 package of creamy chicken soup supplement

½ C water

¼ Ccabbage

¼ C celery

¼ C mushrooms

¼ C green peppers

1 tsp.onion powder

1 tsp. black pepper


Coat a non-stick skillet with a vegetable cooking spray and preheat. Dissolve 2 TB of the chicken soup mix in ½ C water; pour into skillet. Add vegetables and brown on medium heat. Add remaining dry soup mix and seasonings; cover and steam until vegetables are tender.(Approximately 10-15 minutes). Serves 1.
